Their "promotion" opened up a gap for Seton to be restored in Div 2 as they had not rejoined in time and were in danger of going into the bottom division.
IMO, the new Divisions 2 & 3 look pretty even and balanced and would be most surprised if there are runaway winners in there.
Should make for interesting fixtures when they come out in early August.
No, it's 11. It's the eight teams from last season plus Spartans, Hutchy Vale Colts and Loanhead. Seton and Arniston, who were both late with their applications, got last minute reprieves after a bit of horse-trading and retained their places in Division II. That was a good result as there is no point, IMHO, in teams of that ability playing in Division IV. Tranent were not so lucky. They were also late and will have to play in Division IV.
Let's hope you are right, and there are no runaway winners in any of the divisions.
